Closing on monday..whats next?

Sent in my paperwork and wired the money today. The owner signed on the 2nd. According to the title company we close monday. So whats next? Based on current timetables, how long is it taking to have the deed recorded and disney do their thing? We are arriving on Dec 10 and I would love to have my number by then. It will be one month and one day from closing. Any chance?
