Closing docs

I finally received my closing docs today from First American. I guess it took so long because this is Aulani and Hawaii is not as fast as Florida. I passed ROFR on 3/26. Anyway, I was wondering if I should looking for anything in the closing docs. I noticed there is no mention of the points that exist in the account. I assume the escrow agent will reconcile the points between the contract and estoppel??? I am also bummed that i have yo get it notorized as a buyer. Maybe it is a California thing.

do all buyers hve to get the closing docs nortorized? is that just for US buyers or do canadians have to aswell
