Closing Deadline only a few days away... no signed contract

So my closing deadline is (November 6). I emailed the title company a few times asking about it over the month and wasn't told anything. Friday they finally respond and said they were waiting on the seller.

I do know the seller is in South America because of the contact so I'm sure that makes things a little slower but we are almost at the deadline.

What happens if the title company doesn't get the signed contract back by Nov. 6. Do I still wait?

I ask here because you all seem more helpful then the companies I am working with. I can't get the listing company to respond (takes like a week from the day I contact them) and the title company just says we are still waiting on the seller.

Thanks

Either you sign an extension or you get your deposit back and walk away.

If I were in your shoes, I would take the following into consideration before making a decision to walk away:
1) Is this contract exactly what I wanted, or just close enough to be OK?
2) Do I feel like I got a really good deal on this contract, or just so-so?
3) related to #2, Do I feel like I could get a better deal with what's out there now?
4) Do I think that I could start over from scratch, find a new contract, get the offer accepted, and so on through closing, faster than I could get this one completed.

That's not an exhaustive list, but some things to think about in making your decision.

I'm not sure about South America (which country?) but for many international sellers it is a challenge to find a notary to sign their documents in front of, which will add time. I've read of international sellers having to schedule appointments at a U.S. embassy to get documents notorized, so it's not like a U.S. resident who can run to their bank or nearby FedEx office and get something notorized. International mail also takes more time w/ clearing U.S. customs, so even once your sellers have signed their documents it may take a couple of weeks for them to arrive at the escrow/title company.
Just curious, is this one of the well known DVC brokers and did they tell you before you made your offer that you were dealing w/ an international seller which usually adds time to the process? I know when I bought last spring the Timeshare Store was very clear from the get go that I had international sellers so I knew what to expect.

Buying from sellers outside of the US will generally take longer, sometimes much longer.
