Closing costs if buying through Disney???

If you purchase through Disney, are there closing costs ????....

Add-ons don't have any closing costs but first time contracts do unless they wave the fee as an incentive.

My wife and I just purchased at BLT after the Holiday Online promotion and we had closing costs.

if you are not a member:

*and buy BLT, AKV, GCV or SSR direct - yes, there are closing costs (also makes a difference if you finance, IIRC.)

*and buy a "sold out" resort like OKW or VWL - i don't think there are closing costs in this case

if you are already a member, you can add-on with no closing costs.

I joined last month.
Closing costs were $123 for a cash purchase at VGC.
Costs are higher when the purchase is financed.
