Closing costs for add on

We want to add on through Disney when our resale closes. Does anyone know what the closing costs are through Disney if you don't finance?

There are no closing costs for current members. In our add on, just last week, there was a paper regarding closing costs, but it was a formality...members do not pay closing costs for add ons.

Bobbi is correct. No closing costs for our add-on in May either.

No closing costs for my two add ons in May. We added two 100 point contracts and everything was great.

I'm not sure if this matters, but my guide always tells me that "Disney pays the closing costs." I suspect that there are costs. If so, they are built into the point pricing structure so that you don't see them.
