Closing costs buying add-on directly from DVC?

What are the closing costs if you purchase an add-on directly from Disney? Specifically, a small add-on of less than 50 points.

At one time I thought there were no closing costs if you bought direct. Then I heard zero closing costs were an incentive for first time buyers. Where does it stand now?
