Closest urgent care?

So DH forgot his transdermal patches and he has horrible motion sickness. What is the closest urgent care/minute clinic that he could go to for a new Rx? We are staying at BCV. He doesn't have a primary care physician and got his current Rx from a Walgreens minute clinic back home, so he can't just have it phoned in. Suggestions? TIA!!!

You can usually get a free ride to and from Centra care if you speak to the front desk.

Is this something his doctor could call in a prescription and you don't need it right this second? turner drugs in celebration http://turnerdrug.com/ works with disney to deliver medication. Just call them up, they will get your information on where your staying and give you info to pass onto your doctor. Then call your doctor and ask them to call in a prescription to them. The way it'll work is they will deliver it to the resort and the resort will pay for it and leave you a room message so you do not need to be there to wait for it and can go off and do other things.

If you need to get to Centra Care, press ambulance/emergency. It goes to disney's emergency service and the front desk will tell you that also or call on your behalf if you need it right away. On the resort phone and tell them you need a ride there, they will come by and take you free of charge.. i'm not sure about getting back though so plan on needing uber or a taxi.

Many have talked about a walgreens clinic that was very close to property also and gave shining reviews of little waits, getting things filled while standing there. I have never gone their myself but the opposite is true about centra and other places disney suggests and you could be there a long time and still have to get prescriptions filled after your done.

As the above post noted, we had our doctor from home call in the RX to Turner and they delivered it right to the front desk.

We used the shuttle to Centracare by Disney Springs on our trip last week - they were great, it was quick, and pretty easy. But I agree with a pp that said have your regular doc call in a prescription to a nearby pharmacy instead. It will be easier and not cut into any of your time.
