closest room # in ssr springs to the pool

want to be near main pool for our stay. Have stayed Grandstand, congress park and now springs. building # or room # closest to spa and pool.. Thanks

I'm sure someone will come along who actually knows the answer---I don't. But, in my experience, asking for a specific room is less likely to lead to a satisfactory assignment than asking for *what* you want. In other words, if that specific room is not available, the room assigner might not be able to guess *why* you wanted that room. So if it were me, I would just ask to be "as close to the main pool as possible."

I looks like rooms 4101-4436 or 3501-3836 are the closest to High Rocks Pool.

We stayed in room 4221 and it was very quick to get to the pool or get our drink refills.

Remember the new Paddock pool is opening this summer, so you rmight want to go over there too. Good Luck!

I agree with Brian, never a good idea to ask for a specific room, chances are it will be occupied and then they have no idea what it was you wanted.

Just be general as he suggested and state, close to main pool or just ask for Springs, as they are all close.

Darn...that would be our room when the resort first opened. Will have to try and look for our room number. We were on the first floor, corner room, right across from the main pool. Thirty steps...we asked for a room close to the main bldg, as we wouldn't have a car...too funny...also, right at the bus stop...it was a studio...

Just got back-We were in Springs section 3500-right across the parking lot and roadway from the pool.

When we bought our AKV points, we got developer points that had to be used at Saratoga Spring - so thinking that we would want to be close to Downtown Disney, we requested Congress Park - and thought that is was really close to the main building as well.

It was OK - but it is a bit of a hike - we LOVED SSR, but haven't stayed there since - and have discovered that we like Old Key West better than Saratoga.

Next time we would definitely request the Springs. With the fountains, and being so close to the main building, and the proximity to the Springs bus stop - it's a great location!

We bought a small contract at Saratoga for 11 month access to the Treehouse Villas - now we just need to get organized enough to bank, use, and borrow to get what we want, when we want it!

It seems so easy in theory, but before I know it - DW has used out SSR points!

Oh well - it's not like it has to happen in the next year or two - we have plenty of time!
