Closest hotel to World Showcase? - Taxi drop off

If we wanted to go to the World Showcase via taxi which hotel would be best to get dropped off at? We would probably be coming from AoA. From the maps it looks like BC & BW are about the same walking distance but BW is closer to AoA. Are there other alternatives I am not thinking of?
Edit - We will be going before the gondolas will be ready so not an option, yet...!!!

Beach Club is very close, the Yacht Club and Boardwalk are probably a 2-5 minute walk. The Swan and Dolphin are about 10 minute walks. All of these hotels abut the International Gateway which some people refer to as the back entrance of Epcot. You can enter the park between the England and France pavilions.

As an alternative to a taxi/Uber, you could take a bus to HS and then take a boat to the International Gateway or use the walkway. It won't cost you a dime BUT you will spend a lot of time on Disney transportation.

The walking distance between BWI and the IG versus BC/YC and the IG is negligible. Thinking about the drop off locations at each resort, I'm thinking the walk from BC might be a touch closer. But if its cheaper for you to get dropped off at BWI, that's what I would go with.

I agree with above posters, chose BW or BC.

Neither one is very far and a fun walk when the weather is not hotter than heck! Very little shade on the walkway.

In general figure out which resort is closer to your starting point.

When I stayed at Pop Century I would leave through the Boardwalk because it was less of a distance to Pop.

So from Art of Animation your destination would be Boardwalk. That should save you a dollar and some change when compared to a Beach Club Drop off.

I'm positive it's just my imagination but the walk from BW feels easier than the walk from BC. So when we are not staying at BW that's where we get dropped of
