Closest hotel to sea world main gate?

what is the absolute closest hotel(s) to the main gate? Anything walkable?

Absolute closest is Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld which is literally across the street from the park entrance. You walk across 1 road and you are in the SeaWorld parking lot, from there it is no different than if you had parked a car. It is very easy walking distance, and there is a crosswalk from the hotel across the street.

There are several others that are also within walking distance, if this one is not your type (I would classify it as a more expensive, fancier hotel that might cater more to a business crowd)

I agree with FLOIR. The Renaissance which is lovely and quite impressive is the closest. It has a beautiful atrium lobby, lovely pool areas with cushy upscale seating, heated towels, etc. It's a four star hotel which means in this case and typically means charges for parking, wifi, and expensive food. Not that far from the Renaissance (a little longer walk) is a lovely thee star Hilton Garden Inn -- super clean, great staff, cute little pool area, and more reasonable dining choices, a great choice too. I actually love both of these properties.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. Easy walking distance to the main entrance. It also has a free shuttle if you don't want to walk.

Hilton Garden Inn is a good neighbor hotel and gives the quick que passes and backstage tour tickets. There are early openings some days during peak times.
It is a very good hotel and we have stayed there over five times the last few years.
