Closest Guest Services to BCV

DH and I are planning our first DVC trip with 2 small children for w/o May 4. We can't wait!!! Can someone tell me the closest Guest Services location to the BCV? We are arriving before check-in time so we would like to buy our annual passes right away. I'm assuming Epcot would be the closest, correct? Is it right outside the gate? Thanks!

I have been able to purchase APs for my family doing just what you plan....having ids for all of us.
