What is the closest Wal-mart/Target and or grocery store to the Hard Rock Hotel ?

The closest Walmart SuperCenter is on Turkey Lake Road...about 4 miles or so. The closest full supermarket is Publix in the Kirkman Oaks Shopping Center at the corner of Kirkman and Conroy Roads...about 2 miles.

That sounds great since we were planning on using Turkey Lake as a better way to get there anyway to avoid traffic, just have to map out how to get there from Downtown Disney

It's right on Turkey Lake Road not far past Dr. Phillips hospital. There is a little shopping center in the same area so you can't miss it. From DD, just take Palm Parkway which turns into Turkey Lake Road.
