Closest to the check-in location (Vista Way) is the Holiday Inn Sunspree, across the road from that complex. Other than that, the closest hotel complex is down the road at the first entrance to Little Lake Bryan - Marriott Village, which includes Courtyard, Fairfield Inn and Springhill Suites by Marriott. This complex is about half the way between Vista and Chatham Square/Patterson Court.

International Drive isn't too far from the area, as International Drive South directly connects to the Chatham Square/Patterson Court Little Lake Bryan housing complexes. If you're looking at travel sites, search for "Lake Buena Vista", that's the general area of Disney Housing.

When my parents came to visit, we stayed at the Marriott Fairfield. It was nice and just about 2 blocks away. It had a good spread for the complimentary continental breakfast (this was in '04 so I don't know how it is now).

I agree, the hoilday in, then at Idrive and 545 there is a big marriott, then the DTD resort hotels as well.
