Closest Community to Park

We are planning to go to Disney Nov 15-20 and now that my in-laws are joining us, we are interested in a nice 3 bedroom home within 5 minutes of the park. Is that even possible? A pool would be a plus of course. Thanks

Try a search for Windsor Hills, I think that is close and from what I've read here, there are nice homes.

You may not get a 3 br pool home in the newer subdivisions, usually start at 4 br. They have 3 br townhouses that have a splash pool but not full size.
Oak Island Cove, Indian Creek and Sunset Lakes have a few but price the 4 br in Emerald Island, Rolling Hills and you may get the same price. Windsor Hills 4 br pool homes will probably be more expensive. These are the subdivisions in this area: Windsor Hills, Rolling Hills, Formosa Gardens Estates, Oak Island Cove/Harbour, Acadia Estates, Indian Creek, Emerald Island, Windsor Palms, Sunset Lakes

You can't go wrong with Windsor Hills. I couldn't believe how close it was to the parks, especially Animal Kingdom

I have! It was wonderful and we would definitely book with them again.

I booked through Floridasunvacationhomes.com. They were very easy to work with and we rented Tuesday-Tuesday, which not every company does.

We booked our Condo at Windsor Hills through ****************.com and I'm sure they do houses too. We just got back and had a wonderful time at Windsor Hills. The kids loved the park and the pool. If we go back to Florida we would stay there again. The drive was nothing and there is everything you need close by.

We stayed at Winsor Hills last year, and yes, it's close. This year we chose a house in Oak Island Cove. It's a nice 3/2 house and, from what I can tell, it's pretty close, too.

I led a group of college students to volunteer for a week at Give Kids The World Village. We stayed in one of the Villas at Seven Dwarfs Lane - "Dreams Villas". It was perfect. It was a 4 bedroom home/ 3 bath home with tons of space. It's about 5 miles from the Disney Parks, and very, very easy to get too. John and Kevin own the villa, and treat you like family. They loaded it with lots of special touches that really made you feel like you were at home. Now that we've stayed in one of the villas, it's really hard to go back to a small hotel room. I can highly, highly recommend it.
