I'll be a first time renter and recently posted a wanted ad on another mouse website looking for poly points. I've been contacted by a owner and they live in canada while I live in the U.S. Any experience with renting out of the country?

I have had points transferred from a Canadian DVCer and I have rented points to a Canadian DVCer. Both transactions were fine. The important thing is to screen the DVCer like you would anyone else. Do be aware that the money transfer (if you do it by check, for instance) will take longer. Also, for some reason Comcast (my ISP) was not getting Canadian emails to me right away. There was a lag time of a couple of days. Maybe that was a temporary glitch but just thought I would mention it.
