I woke up in the middle of the nite and I'm sick. Anything in, comes back out. Nice news no headache or body pains. But we had to cancel the kids friends from coming over, we were going to watch the batman movies today. Ah well back to bed.

My whole house is sick. I had to cancel my Christmas eve dinner. I am feeling a little better today than yesterday, but I still have a low grade fever.

Yeah. It finally stopped coming up and out at 5:30. Thanks you for the good thoughts. Guess I should of posted on the family board.
Budget wise DH took the kids out to lunch and a movie with of course popcorn and pop without any coupons and supper too. And my work: my boss said if I didn't fell well do not come to work tomorrow and if you call off before a holiday the employee lose their holiday pay, so I'm hoping I'm good to go in the AM. If not I will not go I don't want to share this bug with co-workers or patients.

Mods you can close. I posted on this board cause I wasn't well that day and I wasn't thinking great or I would of put it on the family board. I did not go to work the next day so I did lose work and then the next day's holiday pay. I am feeling better now thanks for the well wishes. PS sister called today , I made her a plate of food and handed it to her the nite of the party which then I was Ill. She called started emesis this AM, she has no sick time left for this year so no pay for her.

I feel your pain--I was sick starting on Friday and by Christmas Eve, I had a high fever and the chills and was pretty much useless. Thank goodness my hubby did all the last minute things that needed to be done. By CHristmas morning, I was a bit better and able to function. =)

OP changing the title to closed will likely make more people open the thread, just so you know. Sorry you were sick and missed out on holiday pay. I'm glad you're feeling better now, hope your sister isn't too sick.
