Got the email yesterday that we closed on our BCV contract (our first!). We told the kids this morning and we are all so excited...they were running around and screaming!

Hopefully these next 10-12 days will wiz by so I can get started planning

Thanks for all the info and help through the process. Coming here to read was such a fun way to gain understanding and make the waiting cruise by.

FYI: we closed 8 weeks after being submitted to ROFR and are anticipating another 2 weeks or so...putting us right around 10 weeks.
