I tried to send a PM, but it said that I have to have 10 posts first.
We are VERY INTERESTED in renting at a studio at BWV from 12/6 - 12/14. There will be 2 adults and 1 nine year old traveling. We are on a budget, so we would prefer a standard view if possible. We will need to utilize the Disney Magical Express and purchase a dining plan. Thank you so much for your time and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hey Jen!

I have done some smaller rentals but our policy is that we need full payment up front. Unfortunately we've just had some renters bail out on the second half payment, and since we usually rent for F&WF timeframe and have a Dec UY, we end up forfeiting the points :-(. This happens less with larger rentals because they have more of a down payment "skin in the game."

Totally understand if folks can't pay up front but this is just where we've ended up. All payments are non-refundable. In case folks are still reading, we charge $15pp for rentals under 45 points.

All that said -- Standard View is hard to find! I looked at all your weekends and found Oct 17-19 open as well as Oct 24-26. Looks like those are 28 points for F/Sa (total). The first two and last weekend are booked for Standard but have Garden/Pool open.

Hi MichellT. I'm pretty sure we rented points from you for my boyfriend's birthday in October. (Loved AKL! Such a great trip!) I know you don't normally rent small quantities of points, but I was hoping you could hook me up.

I'm looking to rent Boardwalk Villa Points for 2 nights in October. Dates are flexible - looking for any weekend in October, Friday-Sunday. Looking for a Studio, preferably standard view.
