I have up to 400 points to rent with an August use year. Please no requests for fewer than 200 points. Home resort is Beach Club Villas.

The price is $9 per point if used by 12/31/2010. The price for any points used after the first of the year is $11 per point.

Update: We've rented 189 of the points, and we only have 245 left. However, there are about 12 people in line right now, so those will probably go fast. I'm overwhelmed by all the interest! Another reason the DIS is awesome.

Update: There are absolute NO 2bdrm villas at ANY DVC resort (at WDW) for the night of October 14.

Hi... I am looking for a 2 bedroom at Wilderness Lodge. I am flexiable on the dates anytime before the end of Septmber. Is $9 pp the best you can do? (Single mom of 4 kids under 8 years old traveling) Check in Sunday-Check Out Friday.

My father, who is traveling with us, is elderly and requires a handicapped room. How many points would I need and are they available.

I'm sorry .. I don't have enough points left to do a 2 bedroom. You would not be able to get free dining unless you make your ressie thru Disney.
