I closed today. I bought 175 points from DVC resale and here is my time line:

Made offer on 12/11, accepted 12/11, passed ROFR 12/30, closed 1/22. They notified Disney today and say that we will be in the system in 7 to 10 days. I hope this will go as well as everything else did.

Congrats.

We closed on a resale Dec. 4....I called to get membership number and booked our first trip.

We have not received any membership info, card or even ID to log onto website. Anyone know how long it takes??
