Ldupre - We can't do 12/26-30 because the point totals are VERY HIGH and way more than we have available. For 12/19-22 I see:

- Jambo House - Animal Kingdom / 1BR - Standard / 78 pts
- Old Key West / 1BR / 75 pts

We had to make a cancellation and now have 96 points which need to be used up by Jan 31, 2021. It is too late for us to bank these 2020 Feb SSR points so we are open to booking for anyone at any Florida DVC resort before they expire. (If you need slightly more than 96 points we may be able to borrow a few from next year as well.)

We have been DVC owners for years and have rented many times. We can provide references as needed. We use a straightforward contract and we would love to work with you.

We accept PayPal/credit card payments. They do not charge a fee if you use your balance or a checking account, but there is a 3% fee if you use a credit card.

PS Since things are crazy here in December we are trying to find someone who can use most/all of the points, as opposed to people who need to book a 1-night stay in a studio. Thanks for understanding.
