So I now have 420 SSR points available for reservations from August 1, 2016. I can book 11 months out for Saratoga Springs and 7 months out for all other resorts.

You'll have to find someone who owns at an Epcot Resort. They can book this far ahead, other owners need to wait until 7 months to the date of arrival to book. Good luck!!
