We've unfortunately had to cancel a trip using a confirmed reservation for 6 nights at a Beach Club studio, December 8 - 14, 2013. 91 points. for the reserved studio. $14 per point, firm.
I know this is higher than the usual $12-$13 pp, but after purchasing the premium rent/trade plan, which allows me to post this reservation (and a previous canceled reservation) before November 8, I will actually yield $12.90 pp. That's why the $14 pp price is firm.
Please let me know if you are interested. I have rented points before, and can provide a reference.
