I am reducing the price of this hard-to-get reservation to $1500 in hopes of getting it rented instead of having to cancel.

I have a confirmed DVC reservation for the Tree House Villas for 6 nights, December 4-10. My family's trip had to be cancelled at the last minute, so I hope I can sell the reservation instead of canceling it. I am asking $1500 for the 6-night reservation. I have rented reservations before on the disboards, so I would be glad to provide references from previous renters. I can accept paypal. The Tree House Villas are sold out during this busy holiday period. I am unable to change the dates due to the popularity of these units. Thanks! Scott

The Tree House Villas sleep up to 9 plus an infant in a crib. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Bedroom 1 = 1 Queen
Bedroom 2 = 1 Queen
Bedroom 3 = 1 Bunk
Living Room = 1 Queen sleeper-sofa plus 1 sleeper-chair
