Disney Boardwalk Villas owner with 204 points for rent at $12.00 per point good for any DVC resort. Points are good for travel through October 31, 2015. I’m able to book at Boardwalk Villas 11 months in advance of travel or at all other DVC resorts 7 months in advance.
