I am new to this pointing renting. We are looking to stay at the AKV from Nov 27-Dec 3. Do you book dining plans as well? And do you provide a contract and references? We are very excited about our first visit to Disney! Please let me know what I need to do next?

I only need between 11 and 14 points. I am already staying at AKV with points from OCtober 15 to 24th, but we had to book a flight back on Monday the 25th. Right now I am booked at POP for the one night...but thought I would try to see if I could get the one night on points to stay at AKV...

So I need a studio bedroom, 1 night, October 24, 2010. Would prefer a standard view (11 pts) but willing to go to something else (Savannah view at 14 pts or even the value). I am not interested in a 1-bedroom or larger.
