Payment methods: Venmo preferred. Paypal also OK but renter will cover 3% paypal fees in addition to rental cost. I use a simple rental agreement. Payment due after I send you the booking confirmation. I have been a disboards member since 2006 and have rented several times before to happy guests.

# of Children (Ages 3 - 17)
# of Infants (Ages 0 - 2)
(And just a sanity check: please make sure you are requesting Bay Lake Tower points for reservations from Feb 1, 2021 to Jan 31, 2022. If you need a different type of reservation, unfortunately my points can't help you!)
