Hello Disney Friends,
After 3 transfers and 1 rental we now have, 104 Old Key West and 280 Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa points for rent or transfer. (March 2006 Use Year)
Terms for transferring points to another DVC member are:-
$10.50 per point, full payment required upon transfer.
Terms for renting are:-
$10.50 per point if renting 200 or more points.
$11.00 per point if renting between 100 & 200 points.
$12.00 per point if renting between 50 & 100 points.
$13.00 per point if renting less than 50 points.
A 40% deposit is due once the reservation has been made in your name, payment by Cashiers Check, International Money Order or by Personal Check.
The balance to be paid as soon as you receive the reservation confirmation, usually 3 weeks from making the reservation.
Sorry, but we are not looking to rent any points for a reservation with a check out date less than 3 months away and therefore will not check or respond to a request with a check-in date prior to August 2006.
Therefore, reservations can be made between 3 and 11 months prior to your check-out date either at Saratoga Springs or Old Key West.
Or reservations can be made between 3 and 7 months prior to the date of your check-out at any of the following Disney Vacation Club Resorts; Beach Club Villas, BoardWalk Villas, Wilderness Lodge, Vero Beach or Hilton Head Island Resort.
If you would like us to check availability (peak holiday periods fully booked) please respond only by sending a Private Message (PM) and please supply all of the following details, otherwise we will not respond;
1) Your name.
2) Your e-mail address.
3) Number of adults and children.
4) A check in date and number of nights required.
5) Room size.
6) Choices of resort in preference.
We will then check if there's availability with Member Services MS (open Monday to Friday) and get back to you by e-mail.
