585 Points available for use before August 1, 2011.
These may be used at any resort.

450 Points for use between August 1, 2011 and August 1, 2012.
These may be used for Boardwalk VIlla reservations that are made as early as 11 months prior to the stay and at other resorts for reservations made as early as 7 months prior to the stay.

Terms: 50% deposit when the reservation is made, by personal check or paypal.
Balance due 5 weeks before the stay, by personal check or paypal.

I have rented before.
