I am renting for $10per point. They are August use year points, home resort is OKW.
This means I can make reservations at OKW up to 11 months from check in date and other DVC resorts from 7 months from day of check in.

They can be used for BWV in April of 2012, but I can't make that reservation until 7 months from date of check in. My home resort for these points is OKW.
