Of the 281 points, 160 are available for transfer. 121 points were banked points and are not eligible for transfer.

Reservations can be booked at Saratoga Springs Resort 11 months in advance or any other Disney Vacation Club resort 7 months in advance.

Points must be used by February 2012

I've rented my points several times before and the arrrangement that seems to work best is half of the payment is made once the reservation is confirmed and the other half 30 days prior to check-in date. Personal check, cashier's check or PayPal is acceptable.
