I currently have 50 SSR points for rent @ $10pp

They are August 2006 points and I have been a DVC member since 2000. I have tons of DVC and WDW experience. I will book the reservation for you, arrange for Magical Express if you need it, send you the original reservation contract, and make sure everything goes 100% perfect.

My terms are: 10% payment after reservation is made, 25% when you receive the original paper reservation from Disney, and remainder of payment 60 days before your check-in date.

I perfer to have a 40-50 point minimal rental.

PM me with the dates, location, and room size you want. Please check the DVC point chart (from the link at The Timeshare Store at the top of the screen) for the amount of points you need to rent.

Hi, I am looking for a two bedroom at any DVC resort December 18-21st of 2006. This is my first time renting points, (even first time at WDW) and hope an experience renter can help me. I realize this is close to the check-in date, will that be a problem?

Most of December is sold out and I perfer to make reservations for people AFTER January 1, 2007.

January is pertty open except MLK weekend.

I have tried to make reservations for a bunch of requests, but so far every request has been sold out, mainly due to people looking for holiday weeks in December and January.

Thus, all 336 points are still available @ $10pp

Please do not request a December 2006 reservation as most resorts are sold out.

I am still sticking with a 80 point minimum rental.

PM me with your dates of travel and total number of points needed.

March 2-8 is open, but I need to know what type of room (studio, 1-2 bdr) and location (ssr, bcv, etc) you want.

Nobody can make Dec 2007 reservations yet. All DVC members must book 1-11 months out.

There are a few studios left for January, but I only want to book 80 point reservations or more. Please check the point reservation chart at the top of this screen that is provided by The Timeshare Store.

I just booked a 150pt reservation for a DIS member and I now only have 186 points left to rent.

I prefer making a reservation in January-March and still want a 80 point minimal reservation.

Many dates are booking up fast. I need to know what dates and room types and choices of location.

Let me know if you are flexible with room size or locations. Many studios are sold out.
