I have 202 points for rent. I can book OKW up to 11 months out and all other resorts 7 months out. I would expect payment as soon as I send your confirmation from Disney. I would appreciate payment from Paypal. If this is not possible, I would accept a cashier's check. I am an experience renter on this site (member since 2000) and have booked many successful vacations. Please state the resort(s), date(s), room size you would like me to check for. There are two resorts with availability checking in on Sept. 02 and out on Sept. 04. They are at Old Key West for 22 points and Saratoga Springs for 24 points. All the rest of the resorts are waitlisted. If you want me to book either of these, please send me your name, address, phone number, email address, name(s) of other guests and if children their ages. The studios are all waitlisted. The Polynesian has one night available Sept 24th leaving on the 25th that sleeps 5 for 20 points. There is availability for check in on 09/24 and out on 09/26 in a 1br at Old Key West that sleeps 5 or 52 points and a 1BR at Bay Lake Towers for 76 points. Right now there is a 1BR at AKL for 230 points ($3,392.50), but I don't have enough points left to cover this. Most of the studios are waitlisted but there is availability at Saratoga Springs for 127 Points ($1,873.25) or Old Key West for 113 points (the largest rooms around) ($1,666.75).
