I have up to 310 points to rent for reservations beginning after Feb 01, 2010.

I can check for availability for Spring Break 2010 at the BWV.

I have rented a couple of time during the last 2 years. Owner since 1999.

Financial Conditions:
- $11 per point
- 20% down payment due after you receive the reservation confirmation.
- remaining 80% is due 45-days before the reservation start date or the 20% will be forfeited and the reservation will be canceled.
