Hello everyone,

I have 119 points available that must be used before Aug 31, 2024. All resorts available. $17.50 per point.

Perfect time for a quick summer getaway! There are still some great rooms available--even the Riviera!

If you are interested, please respond (or PM me) with:

• Dates
• Resort preference
• Room size/type, including view and/or location

If available I will need the following info to book:

1. All names of adults and children on the reservation
2. Contact info (address, phone and email)
3. Ages of any children under 18 at the time of travel

Terms: 50% due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to check-in.
I will accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal (friends and family where you pay the fees).

I have been a DVC member since 2007 and have rented my points several times through these boards. I am also a licensed Florida Realtor and will use a simple rental agreement, outlining the details.

Hello. 8/27 is NOT available in a studio at any resort. There are 1 bedrooms available. If you were willing to split your stay between the two room types, that could be possible.
