Closed Points for Rent AKL or any DVC Resort

I had a points rented and the renter has backed out these must be used by the end of July please contact me if you are interested. I have rented before for the past 10 years and have references.
I always recommend insurance in particular for long stays and high point values I am willing to negotiate a great price for these points they cannot be saved, transfered or banked.
Need to be used by the end of July!!!!!
