26 points, valid for all DVC resorts, must be used by August 31, 2009. Homebase is Boardwalk. I may have a very small pool of points that I can possibly tap into if you needed a little extra.

Payment thru PayPal if preferred by renter. Please note that renter will be responsible for all PayPal fees. I am an 11 year DVC member, a veteran DVC renter that provides a contract with every transaction so that we are all on the same page! References available upon request.

I would be interested in a studio from August 2- 8. I believe it is 102 points according to the calculator. We have 2 adults and 3 kids so I think that is one of the only places you can have 5 people. Can you check on a reservation? Thanks!! Rita
