UPDATE 9/9/14: I have a total of 88 BCV points for rent at $13/pt!

A renter needs to cancel her reservation for a family event, so I now have 88 June UY points at BCV to rent for $13.00 point . These points can be used at BCV at 11 months out, and at any other DVC resort at 7 months out. I have rented points before and have a simple contract that we can use. If you are interested, please send me a PM with your check-in and check-out dates, number of occupants/ages of children, and your desired villa size.

We talked about the OKW option, but I think we are going to hold out. We really want to be at Kidani or BLT. We would want at least a one bedroom. If you see this for even part of those dates, let me know. We might move mid stay, as we have done this before.

Yes, I still have VGC points to rent out, 100 need to be used by 5/31/2015 and the rest, I can book through 5/31/2016 . Sorry my post editing was confusing. I had some points expiring 8/31/2014 that needed to be used and those are gone. I'll try to fix that in the post.
