I had to reopen my post, the renter backed out after 18 days waiting for payment!!!!



I have 86 points available for rent good at 7 month priorty.
I have rented in the past and have references available. I also have a general contract to protect both parties.

I will, because of this past issue, require 50% down to make the reservation and balance due within 60 days. Payment accepted only via pay-pal. $10 per point plus 2% pay pal fees.

7 month priority is that you can make a reservation 7 months in advance of your arrival date. So as of today (1/4) you can book arriving Feb 2011-August 4 2011 (August 4th is 7 months from today). I hope that helped.

I am working with a perspective renter for the points. The reservation will be made Saturday,if this does not go through I will repost and reply to all PM's to see if anyone still needs a rental.

I do not want to close the thread again in case this rental falls through as well so I am asking for a temporary hold on all this thread....
