Terms are 25% down after you have the reservation with the balance due 3 months prior to your arrival.

I apologize if this is a stupid question. I am new to this. I want to book at the disneyland Hotel. I know its not a standard DVC property but have been told that the points can be used towards that Hotel. I beleive I need 190 points to book the reservation I want. Check in sept 20th check out sept 26th 2015 Disneyland Hotel. 1 bedroom suite. Preferably Adventure Tower. Happy to move forward with your terms of payment. Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
