Points for Rent - 392 $8 per point BCV & AKL

I have the following points available for rent starting February 2010:

242 Points at Beach Club Villas

150 Points at Animal Kingdom Villas

Points may be switched to any DVC resort, but obviously you have the 11-month booking advantage at the two above.

Points are available at $8 per point if you take over 300 points in total. For less that 300 points it is $9 per point.

I can't transfer these points I'm afraid as they were transferred from 2009 therefore I must make all bookings in your name, just let me know the weeks and the resort and we can start from there.

All payments will be via PayPal as this is the safest method for both of us. 20% is required on initial agreement to purchase, with payment balance due immediately after booking confirmation.

I have a track record of renting before on this board.

I am wanting to stay at the Grand Californian Villas 9/4/2010 and 9/5/2010 for the Disneyland Marathon. I will also be running the Disneyworld Marathon in 2011 and looking at staying on-site for that as well.
