My wife and I are experienced renters for several years and have 389 points available for rent. We are able to rent 0-7 months out at $18 ppt and 7-11 months out at AKV at $19 ppt.

Resort:
Room Type(s): (Studio, 1BR, etc)
Check In Date:
Check Out Date:

Once we have found a place we will send you a contract to review and sign. Full payment is required through Paypal upon receipt of the DVC confirmation email, a screenshot of booking through DVC, and finalized contract.

I can book 11 months out at our home resort (AKV) Animal Kingdom Villas. Currently, 2 bedroom Savanna View and Standard View are available. We have stayed there during the holidays and loved it. We enjoy seeing the animals from the balcony and of course all the lights throughout the resort! .

If you really want to stay at SSR and book 11 months out you will need to find someone who has a home resort at SSR. Otherwise, I can book it providing there are rooms available 7 months out.

So important to reconnect...
I can only find 2 nights available there...you are correct you would have to be on a waitlist. Even looking at multiple resorts there really isn't a to get all the days in...I would suggest reconsidering your dates. I did check the week before and the week after and the same problem exists.

Hello, there isn't any availability for both nights at the same resort at any of their properties. You could stay one night at Bay Lake Tower - Disney's Contemporary Resort-Deluxe Studio and one night at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villa's Jambo House - Deluxe Studio
