Fellow Disney Fanatics,
I have over 300 Disney points available to be used for reservations. These reservations can be made up to 11 months in advance of your check-out date at Hilton Head Island Resort OR up to 7 months in advance of your check-out date at any of the other Disney Vacation Club Resorts.
Terms for renting are:
$10.00 per point if renting 100 or more points.
$11.00 per point if renting less than 100 points.
A 50% deposit is due upon receipt of the written confirmation letter from Disney. The balance would be due 2 months prior to your check-in date. Payment is requested by Cashiers Check or PayPal.
If you have never rented before, the process runs something like this:
a) I make the reservation in your name.
b) I e-mail the reservation number to you so that you can confirm with Disney that a reservation has been made.
c) When the written confirmation letter arrives, I send the confirmation letter and a rental agreement to you.
d) You sign and return the rental agreement with a cashiers check for the deposit amount.
e) At 90 days before your check-in date, I send an e-mail reminder that final payment is due.
f) You send final payment by 60 days prior to your check-in date.
g) You go and have an incredibly awesome vacation!
