We have a total of 299 DVC points for rent @ $9 each. Our home resort is Saratoga Springs. Points can be used at all DVC resorts. Reservations for SSR can be made 11 months in advance, for all other DVC resorts, 7 months in advance. We have rented previously and have references. We require a 25% down payment upon receipt of the reservation confirmation from DVC with the balance due 60 days before check-in. We'd be happy to help you with your Disney Vacation!

I would like to rent 88 points at AKL Villa, value view studio. We would like to stay 8 nights from 11/8 - 11/15/09. Would also like to add deluxe dining plan. The booking is for 2 adults and 1 5 year old child.

If no availability at AKL would consider other resorts.

Hi Reggie,

As SSR is our home resort, we can only make reservations for other resorts 7 months in advance of the check out date. We can make the reservation for those dates at Saratoga Springs.
