We have 278 points that must be used by August 2009. Our home resort is SSR so reservations can be made there now, or at any other DVC resort beginning in January. These points were banked from last year so we can't bank them again, and we can't go by then. We'll happily comply with the DIS boards guidelines: we make the reservations and forward to you the confirmation so that you have the reservtion number and can contact DVC with any questions you might have about the reservations. Hey there! I'm from Old Saybrook but now living in Nashville. We are looking to go the last week in May and would like to stay at the Beach Club Villas for the week. I think that would cost us 113 points. Are you interested in selling a portion of your points? Let me know.

Our preference is to rent them together rather than in portions, but we wouldn't rule anything out. I checked the points chart for Beach Club in May, and a studio anytime in May is 123 points, a 1 Bedroom Villa is 252 points and a 2 Bedroom Villa is 314. If you'll let us know how large of a portion you're interested in I'd be better able to let you know how interested we'd be in that size portion.

thea611, I'm afraid at this time our preference would be not to divide our points into portions as small as 18.

Good evening!
My name is Amanda and I just recently joined DISboards. My husband and I are planning on going to Disney World this summer (either Aug 6 or June 25, depends on work, school, etc) for 4 nights. We like the idea of staying at the Wilderness Lodge, the Boardwalk, Beach Club, or Animal Kingdom, but any are great! I think it would average out to around 80 points. Once we confirm the dates within a couple of weeks, we would like to get things in order. Hopefully I'm going about this the right way.
