I have 260 BWV points for rent at $19 per point for trips up through July 31, 2023. (Aug 2022 UY).

Points are available for all resorts. Reservations can be made at Boardwalk 11 months prior to your stay. For all other DVC resorts reservations can be made within 7 months prior to your stay.

I will draw up a contract setting out the terms and details of your reservation. A 50% deposit is due upon confirmation that the reservation has been made in your name.** Balance would be due 30 days after confirmation.

**For reservations of $500 or less, payment in full is required within 48 hours upon confirmation of the DVC reservation number made in the renter's name.

Please provide:
Travel dates (check in/check out)
Preferred resort and room preference
Travel party size

Payment can be made by Venmo, Paypal, or Zelle. Renter pays any transaction fee.
