Hello! We're hoping to rent 148 points for the Grand Californian in a studio, arriving 10/16 and departing 10/23. Do you still have points available? If so, would you mind checking availability?

The three families we usually rent from do not have points available, which is why I'm back searching on the DISboards. I am happy to provide you with references from them. Would you be able to provide a couple of references of people you've rented to? (If you can't, I'll still consider it as long as I can get a copy of the reservation with our names on it.) I'm making this reservation for my wife, daughter, and mother...and I want to be sure that they don't arrive in California with no hotel and us to be out $1600. I hope you understand my concern and I hope this is not offensive for me to ask. It's just always scary beginning to work with someone who is unfamiliar.
