Hi there and Happy New Year! We are experienced renters with disboard references! We have 175 points available to rent. Points are good from 12/1/2010 through 11/30/2011. Our home resort is SSR, so we can book there at 11 months. These are borrowed points, so cannot be transferred (sorry!). Take advantage of that 11 month booking window opening up this coming week for the holidays 2010! Yes, we can book treehouses! Hi just wondering how you borrowed 2011 December points into your December 2010 UY?. The booking window for 2010 December UY points should not have opened until 1/1/2010.

You are correct; these are/will be borrowed points, open for booking starting tomorrow for December 2010 use year. Renters can make arrangements to book and then the points are borrowed upon reservation (unless of course, the window isn't open yet, in which case renters are reserving points for their usage...this ensures being able to book right at 11 months) Thanks!

I noticed your post and see you have points to rent. I am new to renting points, so please bear with me if my request does not fit with what you have available.

I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom standard view room in either the KV or AKV for 5 nights, checking in Dec. 5, checking out Dec. 11. It looks like I will need 135 points.

I would be happy to pay by PayPal after reviewing references. I would also like to have the rental contract in writing (again, I am new to this).
