September 2021. I read that only 1 transfer is available for each use year for both of us as either sender or receiver. Haven't transferred before.

Yes, it’s one transfer per membership. I have only transferred from my one membership to the other but that was my 2020 use year, so shouldn’t inhibit a transfer now from what I understand.
