It is dependent on where you want to stay...you can book at your choice resort up to 11 months in advance if the member (me) owns points at that resort. If they do not, then you could book through that member 7 months in advance. So the answer is April 15th, 2009 if you wanted SSR (where I own points). If anywhere else, August 15th, 2009. If you were going through me and want SSR, please contact me then and if I do not have the points available, you can find another SSR member to rent from. If it is anywhere else, I will not have any points in August, they will be rented by then. Does this all make sense to you? I hope so, if not post again and I will be more than happy to help you!

Hello, I am recently new to the Forum, but all my friends use it and now only use this for Disney Reservations, and after reading all throughout the threads, I now see why!

I would like to see if you have any more points available. I would like to stay at the Disney Boardwalk Villas (Studio) on May 4th and May 5th. According to the DVC point chart, the nights are 11points for Standard and 13points for Preferred.

I would like to book either one (S/P) if possible. Please let me know if you have any points available.

I have over 700 points for rent, can be used ANYWHERE, and do not require a deposit in order to make your reservation! Home resort is SSR, but can be used ANYWHERE! Points are for $11 per point. I do not fret at checking dates for you, or once the reservation has been made, making changes if need be, life happens! I have references and also use a contract for your protection. No, that would be if you book through Disney directly and pay rack rates (top dollar) do you get the free dining. You should price it out, call Disney and get a price for resort and free dining, then compare to renting and adding the dining. I would bet you would do better, much better, renting points.
